All Natural Body and Beauty Clinic Gift Vouchers are subject to certain terms and conditions, including:
Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 2 years from the purchase date for online purchases, and bookings must be made within this period. Gift Vouchers are for one use only.
All services by Natural Body and Beauty Clinic are strictly subject to availability at the time of booking.
Reservations using a gift voucher must be made online via the Natural Body and Beauty Clinic website naturalbodyandbeautyclinic.com.au.
The voucher number must be entered in the Gift Voucher field on the payment page along with any other details at the time of making the initial booking. This notifies Natural Body and Beauty Clinic ahead of time of the intention to use the gift voucher towards the booking.
Acceptance of the gift voucher entered on a reservation as payment is subject to final verification by Natural Body and Beauty Clinic upon receipt of the booking.
Gift Vouchers may be used for payment of services only at Natural Body and Beauty Clinic.
Should the total spend be more than the value of the Gift Voucher, Natural Body and Beauty Clinic will charge for the difference and this must be paid as per the booking terms and conditions.
The original Gift Voucher must be presented to the front desk at your booking time. If the voucher cannot be produced, then payment must be made for the services booked. In this instance the voucher can be used at a future date (before the expiry date).
Should the expiry date lapse, for a small administration fee; an extension can be made (this must be done prior to the expiry date).
Gift Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the Voucher.
Gift Vouchers are not valid for deposits for group bookings.
Gift Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed, photocopied or altered in any way and will not be accepted by Natural Body and Beauty Clinic or be otherwise redeemable.
Terms are void where prohibited by law. Terms and Conditions of the Voucher are governed by the laws of Queensland Australia.
