PHYTNUTRITION – Kelly McGrath – Nutritionist and personal trainer!

We all know that eating well is the cornerstone of great health, but it is often difficult to know what that means. Many people believe that healthy food is tasteless and boring.

That couldn’t be further from the truth.

MAKING CHANGES

Making changes to your diet takes time and practice to implement new. healthier eating habits. If you try to make lots of changes at once, it can be overwhelming and hard to stick with. Make  one to two changes at a time and stick with them for 2 weeks. Keep those changes, then add another one or two small changes and stick with those for 2 weeks and so on.

Kelly is now available once a month in salon to help you to make those changes.

If you need more advice, want to make significant dietary changes, lose weight or improve your health, call us here on 49531166 to see when the next scheduled day in salon is and make an appointment to change your health and habits!
